The June exhibit features Bill Meeker’s abstract works stippled in permanent and watercolor markers.  Although the images appear non-representational, they are actually inspired by the seven chakras of tantric yoga.  According to Hindu philosophy, the seven  chakras, or energy centers, help satisfy the deep desires of the soul.   The chakras, located at various parts of the human body, represent earth, water, fire, air, sound, light, and thought.
