This exhibit features artwork inspired by the poetry of Langston Hughes.  Artist Jane Kleindl utilizes various media (oil, acrylic, pencil, ink, crayon, gouache, wire, stone) to create portraits, landscapes, a cityscape, and calligraphy.  Each picture is displayed with the Langston Hughes poem that inspired the work.  Some samples appear below.
