February 2003 Exhibit: Jane Kleindl Tribute
to the Poems of Langston Hughes
This exhibit features
artwork
inspired by the poetry of Langston Hughes. Artist Jane Kleindl
utilizes
various media (oil, acrylic, pencil, ink, crayon, gouache, wire, stone)
to create portraits, landscapes, a cityscape, and calligraphy.
Each
picture is displayed with the Langston Hughes poem that inspired the
work.
